The menu is what we call a “Fresh, Ever Changing Menu”. It could change daily or weekly. This type of menu allows us to maintain our commitment to using locally produced and organic products.  We believe in the Farm-to-Table and Field-to-Fork experience.  Our ingredients are sourced and grown locally as much as possible, ensuring they go from farm to fork in the shortest time.
At SHY Cellars, you will see an open kitchen, designed to enhance your dining experience.
